- The product is expired at the time of receipt

Reporting Timeframe
Any delivery issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Reports should include:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damage is involved)

Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in cases involving:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect use or storage after delivery
- Products opened, used, or altered
- Delays caused by courier services outside our control (though we will assist in tracking)
